nyse82, this ... nyse82, this should? help cool that pain down. Then feel free to email us at the clinic and we can give you some additional info on why your back became strained from squatting. That is very likely a specific functional issue with respect to how your hip and pelvic girdle works with your low back. Something that should be happening likely isn't and this is a warning sign. Keep us posted on how you're doing!

hi ce3jay, not a ' ... hi ce3jay, not a 'noob' question at all. Is the spasm in your low or mid back? Here's what I'd do as a test: do the exercises we show in this video, then at the end, get back into static back and do that for another 5-10 minutes. Make sure your low back is settled into the ground. Then see how that feels. If it still hurts, feel free to email me and I'll give? you some other suggestions.

absolutely! You can ... absolutely! You can get down into that position and just relax there for 10-30 minutes, it's a powerful position. Puts the hips, spine, shoulders and head back on the same plane where they belong and let's tight muscles? release. enjoy!

There are a lot of ... There are a lot of videos on YouTube about lower back pain, and all other back pain as well. I want to say as a patient that if you haven't tried the Escogue method, you should. The exercises are? so easy and your pain leaves so quickly it truly feels like a miracle, particularly if you've tried other exercise programs for lower back pain to no avail. The first exercise ... The first exercise is Static Back, the second one is? Static Back Pull Overs, third is the pillow squeeze.

I count 2 ... I count 2 exercises? shown in the video, not 3.....please advise on the 3rd excercise as I am keen to try all three
